Evaluation of the change in root canal morphology of mandibular canine teeth with respect to age and gender using cone beam computerized tomography

چکیده
The objective of this study is to evaluate the root canal morphology mandibular canine teeth in population South-eastern Anatolia Turkey with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). CBCT images 400 patients (795 total) at least one were included study. was evaluated according Vertucci classification. chi-square test used compare frequencies and ratios types determined by classification respect age gender. In our study, most common type I (86.29%). incidence two roots 2.26%. canals 12.78% 14.65% right left teeth, respectively. Considering variation treatments performed on teeth; including additional would increase success treatment.
